Pierogies have come a long way since your Baba stuffed rounds of tender dough with sauerkraut or cottage cheese, tossed them in melted margarine, and set them down in front of you with a tub of sour cream—not that there was anything wrong with that! These marvellous parcels can be stuffed with anything and everything, and in this class, they are. Rediscover pierogies and the pure pleasure of building them from scratch. Surprise your relatives, your friends and yourself with a fresh take on the traditional.

Guests will make and enjoy a pierogi lunch in the class, and make two additional types of pierogies to take home.
